Update stcgal protocol to stc8g for STC8G1K08A board

This PR updates the stcgal protocol from stc8 to stc8g for the Generic STC8G1K08A board, addressing compatibility issues as outlined in stcgal issue #107.

I believe the protocol should be updated for the entire STC8G* family, but I have only tested it with the STC8G1K08A board.
