Hello! My images are DICom files, but after rendering sagittal and Coronal images are not very clear, is it the resolution problem? How to solve it? Thank you very much!

Your slices are not dense enough for smooth reconstruction for sagittal and coronal images. You should render using more than a hundred dicom slices to get what you expected.
