aurora servers sort randomly

MySQL 8 sorts such that if you sort on a bunch of records with the same value you're sorting, it will keep track of the order of the items in the table. So if you have a table with name column and they are all "untitled" and sort by name, then all the records will come back in the order of insertion.

However, in aurora that's not the case. They come back in a random order. Which means we need to always have an extra sort on every sort, which should probably be either id or date created.

If you don't, then pagination will be all wonky (skipping records)
