I think there may be some tests that need to be updated here as well.

@cgfarmer4 , this test failures seem pretty unrelated to my changes from what I can tell. The first two are from institution search and the third is about bank transfers. I feel like it might be worth a rerun cause I don't see how this change could cause these failures.
