`pkgdev bugs`: include all matching bugs in search results

Currently, pkgdev bugs reports only the first bug matching the stable candidate. I would find it useful if it listed all bugs, especially that sometimes the first bug is pretty much unrelated (e.g. first-time arm64 stabilization request).
