`pkgdev bugs --edit`: editor is started before search results are flushed

If you run pkgdev bugs --edit-graph and confirm search for bugs, the editor is spawned immediately, without flushing the output first. If I ^z it, I don't see search results. Only when I actually exit the editor, they appear.
