Slice 2.4 Sync across devices in Sidebar Activation

Acceptance Criteria

  • Support a “Sync across devices” checkbox in the Sidebar Activation Screen, see ActivateModPanel: Sidebar Activation
    • Only show if the mod-personal-sync feature flag is set, use FeatureFlags enum
    • If checked when the mod is activated, hit POST /api/me/deployments/ defined [here](https://www.notion.so/Sync-mod-activation-across-browser-profiles-without-local-integrations-a4d7ee78491d4d7e8d5f1d996b113e11?pvs=21)
    • If user has a local integration selected, show the warning on the Integration Configuration field defined [here](https://www.notion.so/Sync-mod-activation-across-browser-profiles-without-local-integrations-a4d7ee78491d4d7e8d5f1d996b113e11?pvs=21)
