Links in mod activation documention in extension console don't open in a new tab

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate a mod with documentation in the extension console (e.g., AI Copilot)
2. Click on a link in the documentation

Actual behavior

Active tab redirects to open the content

Expected behavior

Opens in a new tab
