Button Icon dropdown options overflow on small screens

Describe the bug

When the width of the Button Icon dropdown in the Page Editor is small enough, the longer options do not overflow in a readable manner

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Sidebar
2. Open the Page Editor
3. Add a sidebar brick
4. In the render document, add a button
5. Edit the button icon

Actual behavior

Some of the longer options wrap and cover other options

Expected behavior

The options overflow in a usable manner
