Describe the bug

• Snippet shortcut menu not appearing on Mixpanel
• Not running on first \ on LinkedIn

To Reproduce

• Activate snippet manager mod using a database of snippets

Actual behavior

• Does not load on Mixpanel
• Does not work on initial \ on LinkedIn

• What mod(s) were you running?: snippet manager template with custom snippets defined in DB

Discussion

• Was there an error when registering snippets in the Mixpanel window
• On LinkedIn was there just a delay in registering the snippets (due to accessing the snippet DB?)
• If there is a delay due to loading, do we need to add a UX affordance when mods might be loading? Currently the snippet menu doesn't show until any snippets are registered
