Activate marketplace mod opens multiple tabs and does not redirect back

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

use test account with fresh install state
go to https://www.pixiebrix.com/marketplace/4b19dea5-e722-4011-b0ba-1f755e169c4b/summarize-selected-text-with-ai/
click activate
connect google account
install chrome extension

Actual behavior

Additional chrome store tabs open, and another tab opens to go to the marketplace listing, but doesn't show sidebar. you have to manually click the first tab you were on to see the activation sidebar)
