Stale validation warning selecting a configuration on mod activation

Describe the bug

When activating a mod requiring a configuration, a warning sometimes shows directing the user to select a configuration when one is already selected. Clicking activate still activates the mod.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the mods tab in the Extension Console
2. Search for the @pixies/poc/snippets-ghseets mod
3. Click the Activate button
4. On the Activate Mod screen, select configurations

Actual behavior

Intermittently, a warning is shown Please select a configuration even after the configurations are selected

Expected behavior

The warning should never be shown when a configuration option is selected
