Missing `PixieBrixUninstall` event

Describe the bug

There are PageView events for the PixieBrix uninstall page with no corresponding PixieBrixUninstall event.

To Reproduce

Take a look at these Mixpanel profiles in Slack to see the behavior:

Actual behavior

No PixieBrixUninstall event present for these users.

Expected behavior

A PixieBrixUninstall event reported before a PageView uninstall event.
