ERROR 1100 Your session is expired pls log in ..

iPhone x, iOS 13.2, Hight sierra MacOS, mail plug in installed, mail running. getting stuck after "donwloading app" at point of "registering App ID" it says 1100 your session is expired, pls log in. Please advise what to do? how to get it working?

Do you have 2 factor auth enabled?
