An error occurred while installing the app

Getting "An error occurred while installing the app" when trying to sideload uncover b4 onto my iPhone XS Max. Gets to "finalizing" then gives me this error. I am on Mac Mojave 10.14.6

Deleting old version of uncover from device fixed issue in my case

Installing an app while it's already installed on the device will not work if the one installed on the device was signed by a different account.

First time, I could install but the second time onwards, i get this error

edit: I've already deleted previous file within 15 minutes of installation

Getting this error while installing an App for the first time. Any help ? Running the latest version of tool from OS Catalina 10.15.3 , on iphone Xs with OS 13.3.1
