wheels for the last 3 versions for Python 3.11 are available now.

Knowing now that Bullseye wheels are still built, latest 11.3.0 wheel has not been compiled, no logs, but "unexpected error":

This is not an abi3 wheel, at least the Bookworm and Trixie ones are not. So the reason for this error without symbol and logs is a different one. There are more such cases, so figuring out what happened in this case might fix some other cases as well.
