Unable to open video device

I am using pre-built image of version 1.3 But when I logged into the web panel, the view section is showing this image. There is no related issues in github. image

Update: Running comfigure_camera command gives: Failed to open /dev/video0: No such file or directory image

Hi, from the error message looks like the camera is not connected correctly. Have you tried connecting it to a different device and/or using a different cable? Thanks
