Suggest to Check the Step Source

Since both iPhone and Apple Watch log steps to Health, there's the setting to filter which source to use.

We should prompt the user to go check if the default setting, i.e. no filter, is fine when

• First opening the app, or
• When starting a multi-export selection or opening a workout with steps
