Stuck at "waiting for image topics..."

I am using on ubuntu 16.04 with ROS kinetic.. I did all the changes required to run on CV2, still getting stuck at the end..in rosrun sample_opencv_pkgn cv_bridge_demo.py [INFO] [1518146850.931233]: Waiting for image topics... any Ideas why??
