PipeCD control plane project login page

What would you like to be added: I would like a more intuitive way to login to projects from the login page on the pipecd login page, maybe a list of existing projects instead of a text box with no real way of telling if the thing you typed actually exists or not.

Why is this needed: To improve QOL when using the login page.

You are right. We are receiving the same request from some other users. And I think it is definitely worth doing.
