Windows Target Platform Version
Windows Target Platform Version can be written as 10.0 Which means the lastest windows 10 SDK.
From Visual studio 16.2, the default windows SDK is 10.0.18362.0 not 10.0.17763.0 and it can support v141_xp too.
I'll also make a proper v142 config, since installing v141_xp toolset is usually not a requirement nowadays in 2019.
FYI - RGTools x64 does not work on XP64 (no big deal, I just wanted to mention it): Cannot load file 'E:/Apps/VideoTools/AVSPlugins/AutoLoad64/RgTools.dll'. Platform returned code 14001: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
@Groucho2004: sorry for the delay, you are right, an x64 build compiled with an earlier LLVM version was copied to the release pack, instead of the XP build. I'll prepare an 0.99 version later.
Is there any binary build of version 1.0 for Windows readily for download? I can't find one anywhere.

Ah yes. I overlooked the assets drop-down. Thanks.
