Clock icon for scheduled docs in the sidebar.

We’re interested in adding an indictor to the DataDoc sidebar to quickly see which DataDocs are scheduled or not. Something like the screesnhot below. Does this seem OK? If you don’t have any issues I can make a PR.

@czgu Is it acceptable to create a new field "scheduled" for datadoc. There might be a change in the database to add a column "scheduled" to the table 'data_doc'.
