Owl Knobs and Exp to MIDI CC

A cool feature of The Owl when it's USB-connected to a computer is when we turn Knobs and using Exp Pedal it sends MIDI CC. We could then control OwlSim parameters with The Owl itself or use The Owl as a simple standalone USB-MIDI Controller for whatever we want.

• Exp Pedal is already bound to CC 11
• Knobs could be bound to General Purpose Controller CC 16-19
