[Bug]: Rows

What happened?

If you set the rows to 500, but have less than that, you still have to scroll what would be 500 rows down to change it back.

What did you expect to happen?

It should only show the maximum number of actual files per row despite what the row setting is.

Reproduction Steps

Go to files, set row to 500, then you have to scroll all the way despite the number of files.

Yea we're aware. Just haven't had time to fix. Good that it's now on the tracker officially though.
