Lightning: support recording and skipping errors while importing data

Describe your feature request related problem:

When we import a large amount of data, any error that occurs will break the whole process, which is annoying and unreasonable because some of these errors are acceptable and skippable.

To make the import process smoother, we need to support recording and skipping errors while importing data.
