[Feature Request]: Support for self-hosted LangFuse

LinguFlow currently supports the LangFuse Cloud API but does not yet support self-hosted LangFuse.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add support for self-hosted Langfuse instances.
• Centralized Management: Allow users to manage Langfuse associations on the settings page, supporting configuration for both cloud and self-hosted services, and enabling the output of a set of keys.
• UX Optimization: Simplify app management by allowing users to enable or disable tracing with ease.
