Idea: Local dev net monitor

It would be really amazing to be able to visit https://testnet.ping.pub/local or something along those lines and be able to monitor a localhost chain. I often find myself wanting to view a localhost devnet through ping.pub and fork it to replace a chains details with localhost info.

https://testnet.ping.pub is only allowed to load data from https urls. I am not sure that devnet/localhost enables https by default.
