Bug: Gas error when staking Evmos-Type chains.

Staking on Planq chain. Error: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = provided fee < minimum global fee (2000aplanq < 4000000000000000aplanq). Please increase the gas price.: insufficient fee [evmos/[email protected]/app/ante/fees.go:65] With gas wanted:'18446744073709551615' and gas used: '20913':unknown request.

I see the default fees is 2000 aplanq, but Planq(Evmos forked chian) "exponent" is "18" .

this is because the chain endpoint does not return accurate GAS. we have improved this already.

You can manually specify a gas value in advance mode when the gas estimation is not executed/accurate
