Builds on top of #36

Remove deprecation warnings
Update Pins and Platforms for Rpi5 & Zero
Uses Astral uvfor python package management
- WARNING: Building the dependencies can take a long time to build, especially on Zero.
Specific docs added in docs/RaspberryPi5.md

Try it, see what works and what doesn't for you, will update as I have the bandwidth to re-test it all.
