[Improvement]: Add timezone indication for outputted date/datetime values

Improvement description

If a date is not a date where the field type is configured to ignore timezones the applied timezone needs to be added to the outputted date string format. This should be done for all kind of dates (creation date, modification date, data object date types, asset metadata date types...).
