[Segment Assignment] Get inherited segments does not work

The query behind this always returns an empty result:

`/segment-assignment/inheritable-segments?id=139&type=document&_dc=1733832059299&page=1&start=0&limit=25``

Seems not be related to the Request::get topic but currently its broken
