Narrow down filesystem permissions for Flatpak

Ideally, Rclone Shuttle would not need host permission to enable Flatpak support. The main reason for it is drag and drop. Apparently this should work out of the box, but drag-and-drop based uploads fail regardless when the sandbox is restricted.
