I recently just noticed this issue, isn't num solving this? I think it's `num_rational` that provides arbitrary precision.

Nice idea, I would like to try wasm and remote tcp. Hopefully I can get this after 3.0 release, aiming for 3.1. But I am not so sure about `no_std`.
I was thinking of doing a release when I am free myself since I think I got the permission now (I think) but still busy, luckily @nerdypepper is back.
I will be doing a release soon, but I need to do some cleanup first. Maybe also safer to do a release candidate first.

Is this still an issue japanese input with fcitx seemed to work for me on arch linux X11 on alacritty 0.4.2? I also tested with chinese input and it worked...
I believe the same issue appear in Linux/X11, ctrl = behaves like ctrl + (dvorak + requires shift).
