How to get network scan/discovery to work on a cloud hosted phpipam to discover our on prem network ?

tried the agent and api does not work yet? solutions ?

possibly have a scan agent (you can have multiple) deployed in the network range you are scanning, so the connections dont come from cloud provider. This however still requires you to have a path open between cloud instance and this scan agent. Personally I prefer to use ipam in on-prem deployment as it is a service for on-prem only (at least in our case)

It seems that this scan agent is not updated at all:( As for me it is able to discover new ip addresses but not able to update the status for the discovered ip. Also discovery with fping does not work correctly.
