Releases for breaking changes

When will there be releases? I'm saying it because the last fix of moving level property from node to vm was a breaking change in my app as I was checking the levels. It would be nice to have releases for all those breaking changes

I am not very familiar with the version number. I change the second number when there is a breaking change. the 'level' change is 2.2.0 from 2.1.*
