Support for Notifications in Mountain Lion
Would love to see support for native notifications with a fallback to Growl.
Agreed, looking into this if it can be done within Applescript. Thanks for the suggestion.
Ah, thinking on it a bit more, if I recall correctly, I don’t think it can be done through AppleScript. I believe only signed applications (and possibly even only those issued through the App Store) are allowed to issue notifications to Notification Center. The walled garden’s walls getting taller…

I was thinking about trying to see if I can rewrite in shell to execute applescript and echo output. Then I can piggyback off of Alfred's already existing notification center support in 1.3.1.
