Error when finishing Wordpress installation

Hi,

I have done the steps successfully but after opening the application on Heroku to fill the username, site title and finish the Wordpress installation, I got an error saying that some tables already exist at PostgreSQL and the installation haven't completed successfully.

Have you ever faced this error before?
