Better integrate DDEV Share

DDEV Share requires ngrok and a valid API Key. After sharing you get an external URL. The tunnel is available until you close the process. Maybe DDEV share shouldn't trigger a Run Terminal and should happen in background instead with configuring the API Token in global settings. (The Current Settings are project related)
