DDEV icon doesn't appear in the PHPStrom status bar

Describe the bug

I uninstalled version 1.1.1 when issues started with PHPStorm version 2023.3. Today I installed version 1.2.1 from the marketplace and I found that the DDEV icon does not appear in the status bar as I was used to before.

Steps to reproduce

1. Right click on the status bar and check DDEV Status
2. DDEV icon doesn't appear in the status bar

I uninstalled version 1.21.0 installed from Marketplace. I downloaded the signed version 1.20.0 from this repository and installed it. As you can see the icon is back.

1. Right click on the status bar and uncheck DDEV Status. The icon disappears.
2. Right click on the status bar and check DDEV Status. The icon doesn't appear.

This seems to be a bug.

I think it will be related to the incident reported by me ref: 85628dd3e01045c1bd2fae680b6d0546.

If I run PHPStorm for the first time after i started Docker, PHPStorm throws me an error and the plugin doesn't work at all. But when I restart PHPStorm with Docker still running, everything starts up and the mentioned icon as well.
