Inspect can3p's parsers for usability

https://github.com/can3p/ansi-spec - this one fully parses the spec, although with errors

https://github.com/can3p/dpANS-parser - this one fails to parse full spec but correctly parses one of the chapters and it's a matter of supporting commands to render others. This one also produces a DOM-like structure that is consumed then by https://github.com/can3p/dpANS-printer

One way to go might be to modify printer to output wiki markup in addition to xml, so that we can validate parser output by already transformed parts of the spec
