Create voice-enabled PHLASKing through the phone's operating system.

When the user enables the phone's voice assistant, and uses the term "PHLASK for," the phone would open the app and yield the result for the nearest tap. If the user asks to "PHLASK for water," then the nearest water tap would show up; the same would be true for food taps for "PHLASK for food."
