Support countdown via notification

Fixes #14. I've switched the notify function to use gdbus instead of notify-send since the latter doesn't seem to support replacing/closing existing notifications.

Very cool! I'll have to setup a notification daemon to test this properly, since i don't have one rn. But i'll get to it as soon as i find some time!
