Upload files to root-folder

Is it possible to upload rdl files to the root-folder (without selecting a folder)? when i click the load button and then the upload button (after i selected a local path) the Message "Upload completed successfully" appears, but no rdl files has been uploaded.

It seems that if you want to move files that are currently in the root folder you have to do them separate from the rest of the folders. I just moved a huge repo, with folders and rdl's in the root. The rdl's in the root didn't move however the rest of the repo moved without issue.

i have some rdl files in a folder on my PC and want to upload them in root. When i click on the upload button, no files were transmitted.
