When you cannot download the openssl tarball link by script file

If you have the same trouble, just edit this line curl -O --silent https://www.openssl.org/source/openssl-1.1.1w.tar.gz. the correct download address just like: 'curl -o openssl-1.1.1w.tar.gz -O -k downloadable_link'. you can download openssl-1.1.1w.tar.gz file and upload it, make sure your server works.
