Unbricking help

I have a working and sharpfin patched Logik IR100 with NAND backups created, however I have a second one which is bricked. Unfortunately I don't have a wiggler cable or even a parallel port but I do have a Segger J-Link cable and I have JTAG access to the barracuda module. Can anyone advise the best way to re-flash the bricked radio?
