[stopwatch] add restart button on notification

When a stopwatch is ongoing, there's a notification with three actions : "lap", "pause", "stop". Could you also add "restart"?

Hi there.

Android notifications are limited to three actions, so this is not possible.

Also, in case you didn't know, I have run out of time to continue developing ClockPlus.
