Feature request: Include Keys as well as Exclude Keys

Sometimes I simple want access to a single vimium function, e.g. the 'f' key on Github.

It is too laborious to exclude all of Github's keyboard shortcuts. If we could toggle from Exclude Keys to Include Keys I could simply specify the 'f' key as an Included Key and retain the many Github keyboard shortcuts I use.
