Example for use of SNOMED

SNOMED is mentioned a few times in the documentation - though I do note it is not one of the recommended ontologies.

That said, is it possible to get an example of how it would look if used (and what the resulting Resource entry would look like?).

For instance I'm not sure what the iriPrefix would be.
