Enhance installation and configuration

This creates a command JsonPathCopy, parameterizes the win bar displaying and the register to copy the path. Overall, this commit eases the installation and usage.

I think it's a good idea to add a setup function and the show_on_winbar param. Not so much with the reg param to create a command to copy to clipboard... Maybe we can start with that.
