HTML Format extension isn't working

@SteveM2020 I just installed the HTML Format extension in Phoenix code and it appears to be working. What is the exact issue you are facing and the OS/app version?

It appears that after install, you need to switch the file once in the files panel, Eg. open a js file and then open an html file again for that extension to show the options. That appears to be a bug in the extension itself.
